We built our new home last fall Christner Contracting was the builder's. There was never a time we stopped by the site that Anthony or any or his workers never took the time to answer any of our questions.
The job site inside and out was kept clean after each work day. The crew took so much pride in their workmanship and and ability to meet our needs in this new adventure. There would never be any hesitation on having them on another project . Clear down to the office girls helping with the questions about the utilities. Top notch service all around. Christner Contracting Company (CCI) was our General Contractor for a build/design project, turning an 11,000 square foot building from a grocery store into administration and Day Habilitation site for Centerville Community Betterment, Inc.
CCI took a scratch drawing from 9 by 13 inch piece of paper and created an architecture design/build project that has exceed our expectations. Their architecture services and Project Manager provided us with accurate projected costs with quality materials to stay within our budget capabilities. The on-site Project Supervisor communicated progress reports and kept the project on schedule. The CCI’s wealth of knowledge of quality sub-contractors and their abilities ensured a quality project.
CCI has followed federally regulated procurement processes in bidding process and proper accounting processes to enable CCBI to be grant eligible for this project.
Southern Iowa is lucky to have CCI as an general contractor in the area, promoting quality, honesty and accurate builds and redesigns. CCBI feels blessed to have worked with them on our project.
