Scope of Project: This project involves expanding and renovating an existing building. There will be two new additions: a 1,700 square foot, single-story music addition built on the south side, and a smaller, 500 square foot vestibule addition on the north side. In addition to the new construction, 11,000 square feet of existing space will be renovated across two floors. In total, the project will impact 13,200 square feet of the building.
