Scope of Work: The Vermeer project consisted of two phases, which converted 26,000 square feet of former manufacturing space into the company's Team Services Center. Both phases included steel erection, roofing, plumbing, metal wall panels, framing interior walls, doors and frames, casework, flooring, paint, and interior finishes. The new space now provides a pharmacy, health clinic, chaplains, and extensive training spaces for all team members and their families.
